The most advanced technological solutions for the production of long pasta

The GPL 180 long pasta line represents the most advanced technique and technology in the production of long pasta. It is the result of years of research that have led to the production of pasta of exceptional quality. The most innovative solution to meet the demands of a constantly evolving sector. This technology was presented in detail at our Stand, where we will showcase a part of the line that encompasses the latest patented innovations for the treatment of the final phase of the process.

Our laboratory among the value-added services presented at Ipack-Ima 2025

The Fava Storci Laboratory in Cento represents a state-of-the-art research environment for experimenting with advanced technologies applied to all types of raw materials to produce pasta, couscous and various products. The machines are equipped with all the accessories required to obtain crucial results and reproduce industrial processes, even the more complex ones. Any drying diagram can be simulated on the dryers. A highly efficient sophisticated cooker is also available in the lab. This important reality is also used to organize specific and in-depth training courses.

This is just one of our value-added services that we presented in further detail at Ipack-Ima 2025.
