This year, we will once again take part in the Pastaria Fair & Festival, from March 30– 31, 2026, Stazione Leopolda in Florence - an important occasion for the international pasta community to meet, exchange ideas and find out more about the industry.
Producers from all around the world are invited to join this key event, dedicated to machinery, ingredients, and services for pasta plants.
Over the two-day programme, attendees will have the opportunity to meet leading players across the supply chain, discover the latest technological innovations, and participate in the Pastaria Festival conferences, the cultural nucleus and principal platform for exchange within the industry.
Admission is free and reserved for pasta producers; registration is the only requirement.
