Between tradition, innovation and quality: Nunzio Ferraro tells us about twenty years of partnership between Fava Storci and Pastificio Arte & Pasta.
The relationship between Pastificio Arte & Pasta and Fava Storci is long-standing, and began about twenty years ago when the company of Boscoreale contacted that of Collecchio for a supply of plants for dry pasta. Over the years, the relationship has been consolidated, moving from a purely business partnership to an established and mutual trust. The first two production lines, of long pasta and short pasta, purchased by Storci (which later became the current Fava Storci) "were a good choice, because", says Ferraro, "it was immediately apparent that, thanks to their installations, we could keep intact the craft essence that characterized us". "When, in fact," - continues Ferraro - "we decided to expand our production, we once again focused on Fava Storci, which for us has been a key partner". From these new commercial agreements, which led to the purchase of two more production lines, one for short pasta and one for long pasta, a new production plant was born some years later, always in the area of Boscoreale.
Why Arte & Pasta chose Fava Storci.
Nunzio Ferraro explains the choice of Fava Storci as partner for the Pastificio Arte & Pasta plants, confirming the company’s central role in maintaining its artisanal dimension and its quality expectations, but without sacrificing innovation:
"We chose Fava Storci because it’s a family-owned company , impeccable service and robust machinery that allowed us to maintain an excellent quality for our product.
We have known this company for many years - he continues - and over time we have created a very solid relationship, based on mutual trust and constant contact. The relationship with Fava Storci has been consolidated, contributing continuously to our development and the continuation of our projects.
Thanks to Fava Storci we have managed to keep intact the craftsmanship that characterizes us, respecting the necessary times, without haste".
Pastificio Arte & Pasta has chosen the Fava Storci technology, in particular the SHORT PASTA LINES and the LONG PASTA LINES.
All the Fava Storci lines boast important features, such as the preparation of the dough with the PREMIX® pre-kneader and the total vacuum technology of the mixer that gives an excellent color to the pasta, while the special profile of the compression screw minimizes the heating of the dough, guaranteeing a better quality of the same and an optimization of energy consumption. The choice of the BELTMIX, between the Premix® pre-kneader and a slow-feed dough storage and resting belt (patented), represents a significant technological innovation for dry pasta plants. Arte & Pasta has also chosen to automate its plants, equipping itself with robot for trays and sticks.
Fava Storci offers customized plants, designed to meet every need and specific request, guaranteeing maximum adaptability to production needs. We support customers with a complete service and training, ensuring continuous support to optimize performance and guarantee excellent results.
