Pasta Production Technology Course in Brazil

Held at FAG Cascavel University Centre - PR
Landucci srl collaborated on the extrusion and cutting topics and Sangati Brazil on the milling topics.

The event was a huge success: 97 participants, 62 of which were technicians from various Brazilian pasta plants and 35 students from the Faculty of Agriculture.
